3. Course Enrolment & Access

Course access is granted once payment has been confirmed.

Each enrolment is for individual use only. Sharing login details is prohibited.

Course duration and access timelines will be clearly stated at enrolment.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify course materials at any time.

4. Payment & Fees

All course fees must be paid in full prior to accessing the course, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-refundable except in cases where Flourixh Online Learning cancels a course or as required by law.

Additional fees may apply for certification, examinations, or administrative services (if applicable).

5. Certificates & Recognition

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all required assessments.

Certificates issued by Flourixh Online Learning are industry-relevant but do not constitute formal government licensing unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, workbooks, quizzes, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Flourixh Online Learning.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal learning only.

Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Student Conduct

Students agree to:

Use the platform for lawful purposes only.

Respect instructors, staff, and fellow learners.

Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.

Avoid misuse of the platform, including attempts to hack, copy, or disrupt services.

8. Disclaimers

Flourixh Online Learning provides training for educational and career development purposes. We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding course content being error-free or suitable for every individual.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the course.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access if these Terms are violated.

No refund will be issued in cases of misconduct or breach of terms.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Nova Scotia.
